Introduction
The Youth Entrepreneur Success Scheme (Program Skim Jaya Usahawan Belia) also known as SYABAS is a newly-developed program by the Sabah State Government in 2022 under the supervision of SABAH’S MINISTRY OF YOUTH & SPORTS to assist in the drive of economic development and boosting the potential of Sabah’s youths. This program provides financial facility, training, as well as smart-business partnership for all Sabah’s youth entrepreneur.
Terms of application
- Youth age 18-40 years which meets application requirements.
- Malaysian citizen who resides in Sabah State (One of which parents are Sabahan).
- Provide proof of trading license from local authority (Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan) PBT.
- Provide bank statement for Start-Up Fund (RM 2,000) category, meanwhile for the category of Youth Developing Creative Business (RM 5,000) need to provide 6 months of bank statement.
