The Youth Entrepreneur Success Scheme (Program Skim Jaya Usahawan Belia) also known as SYABAS is a newly-developed program by the Sabah State Government in 2022 under the supervision of Sabah’s MINISTRY OF YOUTH AND SPORTS to assist in the drive of economy development and boosting the potential of Sabah’s youths. This program provides financial facility, training as well as smart-business partnership for all Sabah’s youth entrepreneur.

Due to the initiative made by the Chief Minister of Sabah, SYABAS Program was created to help the youth of Sabah to expand their existing business or start-up new business. This program focuses on native Sabahans aged 18-40 years old, by assisting them with financial support. This programme also provide exposure to various entrepreneurship programs to hone the youth's skills in being a more dynamic, responsible, competitive and independent entrepreneur.
